Returning Vendors: please mail in your season payment ($30 member fee + $470 season) right after submitting your online application or with your mailed application (there is a printable version at the bottom of this page).

New Applicants: New applications must be accompanied by a $10 application fee and mailed or e-mailed proof of Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 listing Stowe Farmers' Market as additionally insured. These may be mailed to: Stowe Farmers' Market 112 S. Main Street Suite 185 Stowe, VT 05672. If you do not currently have Liability Insurance, please do your research so you are prepared to get it upon your acceptance. If you would like to e-mail photos of your products, please send them to stowefarmersmarket@gmail.com.

Describe the products you intend to sell, including how they are made/grown/raised. For those vendors with food items, please describe where you source ingredients. Returning vendors, please note any new products.

What size space do you need? This refers to horizontal width.
How much of the perceived value of your work is due directly to your own efforts? Are you starting from scratch with raw materials or adding value to a ready made product? If you do use any ready made products, where do you get them? If you are making food products, do you use Vermont ingredients when possible? Please describe where you source ingredients. Please tell us about the creative aspect of your process. If you are a farmer, do you grow all of your products? Are plugs on your property for at least 8 weeks?
Under Article 1 (Bylaws), “Businesses must have principal owners or principal workers vending their booths to be considered for acceptance in the market.” If you won't always be the one present at market on Sunday, please tell us the day-to-day role of the workers who will be there. Keep in mind that for full-time vendors, principal owners are required to attend at least 75% of the time. For part-time or fill-in vendors, principal owners are required to attend 100% of the time.
