2021 SEASON VENDOR APPLICATION CURRENTLY CLOSED

Sundays, May 16 - October 10, 2021 (22 markets), 10:30am - 3:00pm

  • Returning Full-time Vendors (22 Market Dates): Please mail in your season payment ($30 membership fee + $500 season = $530 total) after submitting your online application or with your mailed application (there is a printable version at the bottom of this page).  Reminder: Season Balance is due in FULL when applying.  Full-time vendors are allowed 2 absences for the season.  Please plan ahead, if you know which two dates you will not be able to attend, include them on your application.

  • Returning Part-time Vendors (Minimum of 11 Market Dates plus fill-in opportunities): Please mail in your $30 membership fee after submitting your online application or with your mailed application. Once dates are assigned, we will notify you of your balance due ($30 per day).

  • Returning Day Vendors (Less than 11 Assigned Market Dates at the start of season and/or On-Call): Please mail in your $30 membership fee after submitting your online application or with your mailed application. Once dates are assigned, we will notify you of your balance due ($35 per day).

  • New Applicants: We are accepting applications from new vendors for Full-time, Part-time and Day Vending for the 2021 season!  New applications must be accompanied by a $10 application fee and mailed or e-mailed proof of Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 listing Stowe Farmers' Market as additionally insured.

    If you do not currently have Liability Insurance, please do your research so you are prepared to get it upon your acceptance. If you would like to e-mail photos of your products, please send them to stowefarmersmarket@gmail.com.
